Sharon's Barbeque and Catering Menu
Since 1980, Sharon Riley has been in the barbeque business in Abilene. She opened Sharon's Barbeque and Catering in July, 2005. Their barbeque is mesquite smoked. Brisket and hams are placed in the pet about 8:30 at night and are ready for lunch the next day. Slow cooking makes them tender, juicy, and full of flavor!
